Thanks for the advice, so far so good, I cleaned the outlet pipe and the relevant sink pipework and it seems to have done the trick. It’s handy to know how to access the diagnostics mode. If you have info on what each code equates to it could be useful in the future.

No it’s not in the drum, it’s in the outlet pipe which feels full of water. After a wash, the beeping starts, we see the water still in the drum and then we have to manually select the drain cycle to empty the drum, so it seems water is not draining as easily as it did before. I didn’t think it’s normal for there to be a lot of water in the outlet pipe when the machine is off, so thought it may be worth checking.

Hi iadom,

It’s 914904029-02. I think there may be an obstruction in the outlet pipe as it feels there’s quite a bit of water in there despite the machine being turned off. Will check it
