Re: Samsung Fridge/Freezer SL39WJ1/XEU HELP PLEASE !!

Just read through the links here as we also have a cool n cool Samsung which we have had since new in summer 2004. All has been well but recently the light started not working (on and off) and we noticed the fridge is no longer cold.
I would normally call out an engineer but as we are in Sweden – with the fridge that has proved impossible.

If anyone has any idea or some manual I can use to play around with this please let me know.

One question – I have never dealt with Samsung products with problems and as I may have to replace my fridge is it right that Samsung repairs and parts are expensive – the reason I ask is that if they are I would probably avoid them in the future and thought I would ask where people might actually know – rather than in shops where they are trying to sell them
