I obtained the part you quoted but it’s not the one that is the problem! The tubes pass through the sieve cover and snap into the base plate.

The problem appears to be that at least one of the collars on the base plate has suffered from ‘plastic fatigue’. It has a a slot that a lug on the tube is meant to snap into so that it is held in place, but the collar has weakened and deformed around the slot and it doesn’t hold the lug in place anymore.

Can you tell me the number of that part?
