hey paul – thanks for that. no glass but a bit of something stuck in there. Am running a 35 degree empty wash to see how it goes. My partner will kill me if he has to ladel out the water again :rolls: he tried blowing through the waste pipe and the water gurgled so dont think there is a blockage or anything! will see how this cycle goes!

Thanks for your reply. After removing the debris, the wheel thing (impeller?) did twang every so often – probably every 45 degrees but I’ll check again in case its blocked a second time and if not I’ll call the service guys
