    thanks Dave,

D7 in right way round, also the new board has no D7 but same issue with that one.

removed and reconnected connector on the display board.

capacitors all look okay on both boards, no bulging etc.

Is there an internal fuse or thermal trip?

one thing I’ve noticed with old board when power turned on there is a dull beep, with new board power on there is a louder beep?? But still both not showing any display 🙁

    thanks

    Morning Dave,

thanks for the response! I’ve checked all the plug connectors are secure and everything seems fine, removed and re-installed to make sure but still same issue with the beep and no display.
    Thanks

    Hi,
Had same issue with WDR7543121 Washer / Dryer where it would not turn on.
Replaced the D7 diode and it came back to life but after returning it into position (moved a couple feet) it would then not re-energise, but did beep when power was turned on at the socket.
Thought other issues with the main board so replaced the full board and same thing happened, worked initially on first power up but then wouldn’t when returned back into place.
Is there anything i should check before giving up and getting a new machine?
    Thanks
