    removed and refitted brushes, plenty life in them. when removed they were stuck in place. moved them a few times, refitted and the machine seems to be working for now. thanks

    ive reset the thermostat as mentioned online, running it to test now.

    un screw this from the back panel, and at the top you will see three thermostats. There is a brown one with a small hole in the middle, if you use a pin and press in, you should hear a click. This resets the thermostat and you should be able to use the drier again.

    First time we’ve noticed it, it normally gives a error code for brushes and there was something else. I’ll try get a look at the lights. It’s and old machine, I couldn’t see it when searched the model. Thanks

    yes it fills with water

    this is how she describled the rinse cycle: It went to 18 mins from 24. Which took about 20 mins…. Then it jumped back to 25 mins.. Paused itself with light flashing

    It’s not displaying a error code this time. She says it happens 5 mind into, she thinks it’s when it’s supposed to heat water to temp

    Bought ones you first recommended, arrived today. Machine is working now. Just put it on a spin. Can it be used as normal now?
