As it turns out it was not the same problem this is happening on all programmes not just the quick wash so it will either be motor or pcb. will repost when spares arrive and job is completed

Hi Guys re the above problem we are due out to one with the same fault.
was it as suggested a case of being overloaded, customer misuse by putting in full load.
