    We have 36 completed August Hoover jobs,all of a sudden boxes have come up on the Isdal site allowing us to send invoices,does anyone know why and should we send them?

    MARTIN, the orig fault was progressing thru all functions but pulsing as Jason described.
    With new module 481221838522 it now gives short pulse of pump onstart up then stops totaly

    jason have you ordered pt no 481221838522 ?
    if so could you please post the outcome as our service no is identical and new board has not worked

    we have exactly the same fault with same model,have tried 2 new modules now slightly different pt no 481221838522 now machine pulses once on startup then dies
    Jason have you made any progress?
