So I tested the door by taking the latch off the door and inserting into the socket to fool the safety, then to keep the latch and socket cool, I pointed a fan at it. No change to the issue.

I can look at the float as an option if thats likely to be the issue. I assume the float only surves the purpose of telling me the tank is full? As i am not getting a full tank warning light, I assume its still unlikely to be the float.

Yes can restart, by turning off and quickly hitting start after turning on.

One other observation. When the issue starts during a cycle, i get the red flashing lights and the three beeps, but the cycle does continue for another 3-4 minutes with 3 beeps and flashing red light on start/pause button.
