oThanks penguin45 for your reply.No it’s not the electrical supply, I have the dishwasher back at the workshop.
The dishwashers have been in use for about 3.5 years. I did see that Reginald had the same problem with a ADG6340 back in November 2008, so I checked the mains suppressor.
How do you mean by syphoning ?
I did another check today, can the control pcb reset themselves ?
After pushing the start button I got the usual pulsing and drain pump stopping and starting, then the fill solenoid pulsed{stopping and starting)
this carried on, then water started to come out of the drain pipe the machine paused for a moment, the water solenoid then carried on pulsing then the machine drained out then started to refill without pulsing, then washed, then drained out without pulsing, the dishwasher worked ok until the final rinse, the went back to pulsing on draining.
