whats wrong with the bosch ?

3 adults so 4-6 full loads a week at the most.
I posted clicky about the Bosch. In short, vibrating more on spin, more violent on higher spin speeds and now there’s a whining noise starting to develop. Sealed drum and the replacement costs £220 for the part alone. Expensive unless I attempt to replace it myself.

I was surprised they offer only a 2-year guarantee (same as the Bosch) except for some models. I’m keen to avoid more problems with another washing machine.

Not that I can tell. Where would it have hidden itself?

Don, you’ve been awesome and immensely helpful.

Just need to get my head around dishwashers. I’ve looked around online and it seems I should be able to get an integrated one that fits in terms of depth. Need to look and see whether I can get a spare cupboard door for integration. I don’t mind either fully/semi integrated.

Is it worth sticking with Bosch?

Didn’t know that about Daewoo but that’s interesting. What about Beko? Too cheap or would it be comparable to Daewoo?

I’m leaning towards the more expensive one because it’s slightly larger, quieter and uses less energy.

Washing machine – quite liked this one. Had a recommendation in Which: clicky

Tumble dryer – this will be in the utility room as there’s space for it in the new house. Again was going to stick with Bosch: clicky but there’s some reviews about the handle coming off?

Dishwasher – off the top of my head, the gap is 600mm wide, 875mm high and 575mm deep. Would an integrated model suit better?

Fridge freezer – I’m still clueless on this even after reading the guide. If I kept with the Bosch theme (not important) then this looked okay: clicky
