Thanks for your replies, Penguin and Woz.

I’d rather not pull oven out to check model number on underside of hob, I know the supply to oven is a flexible pipe, but I think it’s safer if I don’t move gas stuff.

Woz, oven / hob runs off natural gas, and it’s a continuous spark ignition, hold button and click,click,click. Any info is greatly appreciated.
