ParticipantHi there wonder if anyone can help again, we have the water needs emptying error again, its been working fine, i installed a new control PCB, new pump, new i presume temperature sensor inside the door filter the one with the blue wire. I put the drain hose in to a jug at the side of the machine it spat out some water so presume the pump is ok any ideas what it could be?
I also pressure washed the condenser clean looked through it can see day light through each row.

ParticipantInside the door was a stainless steel pin cleaned that and cleaned the condenser, the machine runs for 5-10 minutes then it turns off saying empty water, tried it on different settings like cottons, mixed fabric and other settings and it does the same thing.

ParticipantI don’t think it has a float it has two metal prongs as a sensor see attached link, there are no blockages tested the pump on a bench and it pumps out ok, I presume when the water level meets the metal prongs it makes the circuit to switch it on but if it does have a float where is it? Thanks for your help. https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/5859el2001a-lg-tumble-dryer-drain-pump
