before buying make sure the part you want as it might be spring or cable fault and not the metal hinge

unplug it for 3 min make sure all switches are set to off, when plug back in close door and retest on spin only

Might be a motor fault check wiring to motor and carbon brushes on motor

will miss them the paper work was easy and pricing was good ,will jtm800 do the same pricing and they paid on time no hassall, looks like there all be looking for jobs around stoke on trent
