    Jim, thanks for the info. I may need it as a last resort!!

    I will check the heater box. My wife used a cleaner on Saturday and it may have freed up some crud and blocked it up.

    Is the heater box accessible from the left?

    Thanks for the reply.

    I’m certain its the circulation and not the drain pump. It fills and drains ok. Filling up to the right level and draining almost empty.

    I have taken the RH panel off and can see the circ pump which spins up fast enough for me not to be able to see the fan. The impeller appears to be solidly connected to the motor but its impossible to see if it has any blades left.

    Do you have an estimate of the time to dismantle / assemble in order to replace the impeller.

    Is there any possibility of a blocked water way or valve that i havn’t looked at?
