I was just so used to being able to choose fan or conventional ‘modes’ with my previous oven in my old house… I always chose ‘conventional’ for baking and much prefer it for baking (the Hygena is a fan oven). Looks like I’ll just have to review my options and get used to cooking with a fan oven….Does anyone know of a fan oven that is reliable for baking? 😆
