Hi, I know this thread is old but I’ve got the same problem, I’ve followed all the steps, the fan is working, the rotating “door” in the top left of the freezer (as per pic above)rotates and is open, i’ve got heat from a hairdryer coming through the top vents in the fridge – Freezer is still freezing, but the fridge is not cooling infact it’s very warm. The only thing I couldn’t get was any heat from the vent behind the salad box – not sure where this vent is supplied by?

Please help..
