I’ve called out a domestic engineer – I always assumed this would be a plumber job, it’s my first time doing all this and my partner usually sorts stuff out, but he’s away

Loads more water on the floor this morning 🙁 sick of mopping now, really hope he can get to the bottom of it. I did clean the filter in the hope that that would help, but no dice. Engineer should be here today. I’ve also booked a Hotpoint repair for tomorrow, which I’ll cancel if needs be (much, much more expensive)
