    managed to sort it now thanks. rang belling/ glen dimplex and identified part. oven is 2019 apparently. part only available through them or ransom spares as far as i can see. cheers

    00727109010218810076 is the serial no
    i already had the part in stock but only went by visual so maybe the ntc is the wrong value. i didn’t have a part number
