I allways tell customers that complian about the labour charge that they aren’t paying for what i do, thier paying for what i know.

thanks for your help gentlmen (and you dave) i took a drive out there yesterday and had a look at the workshop full of all sorts of comercial stuff and it looks like the building used to be a church, le you know how i get on.

No idea, they placed an ad in the local paper for a domestic appliance engineer,i have an interview with them, but cant find out any thing about them.

as an ex extracare engineer there’s a lot of things that could be said about gary flavel but i’v just read the new user guide and i cant say what i want for fear of getting myself slung off this site

have been doing this job for over twenty years with hoover ,hotpoint and extracare, never been out of work before so if there’s anyone out there that needs an experienced engineer,leave a message.
