hi I have a homark oven that doesnt semm to have any model numbers it has 3 nobs – timer, heat and function. T

The oven seems to get VERY hot – cooks something that should be 40 minutes at 200 degrees in 15 minutes on 100 degrees!! am i using the wrong function? i cant work out the pictures.

any help would do! 🙂
