Thanks Martin, checked all the wiring, it was all ok, went back into the menus, changed a few options back and forth, think It’s sorted out now. only really bangs a bit on a single item, it’s ok on half loads, if I activate the load sensor, it all goes wrong again, but we can live without that.

Thanks for the quick reply, so are you saying it could be just a loose plug or something, what makes it bounce, too fast or slow, and do you know what the imbalance menu setting would be, there are 3 options, tacho, tacho + pos and another one from memory.
