Thanks.Finally, is it true that a machine cycle using less water (cottons wash) would prevent cotton or cotton/synthetic items from shrinking, as I was told by Miele? And if I wanted the machine tested fully, who would I contact, please?

Thanks for that. Do you think I will have to pay for the call out then (Miele machine still under guarantee) if everything is in working order with the machine (and mechanic cant find anything wrong?) Thanks for your response.
