As usual K making me out to be some kind of accounts monster :rolls: .
I simply pointed out the fact that there are no credit cards for the WTA and since many places don’t take cheques anymore, you would each have to pay from your own funds, then send me the receipts so you could be reimbursed.
Only in a passing comment did i mention alternative transport and Hotel arrangements, hey if i can save the WTA money where is the harm in that. 😀
Anyway note to self keep my mouth shut in future and let everyone get on with it. 😆

We have been moving premises today and it will probably take Kenneth over the weekend to get all the systems up and running.

Hi Guys,
I need to know if anyone (who hasn’t already told me) has any special dietary requirements and who will be taking the vegetarian option.
The menu can be found on the hotels website if you want a look
I will also be sending out the invoices for the rooms in the next couple of weeks, i would appreciate if these could be settled by the end of September.
