I know the Hotel have been in contact with most of you regarding payment for the Friday night room, but there are a few that they have still to get and they will be phoning either tomorrow or Monday. You can phone them if those days don’t suit. 😉
Make sure you pay or they will cancel the rooms but you will still be charged.

For those staying on the Friday night, i have booked the Inverbeg Inn for a meal at 8:00pm. Could everyone could be in the reception area for 7:30pm as the Hotel is organising a mini bus to take us there and back. 😉

Just to remind everyone that is staying on the Friday night that the Hotel will be phoning end Oct/start Nov for payment.
Also, the Hotel has said that there are few rooms left due to cancellations, so if anyone else would like to go let me know, but i will need payment in advance before confirming any more bookings now. 😉

That time of year again, all the invoice renewals will go out in tonight’s post, if you don’t receive it by the end of next week can you let me know please. 😉
Also, can you please make sure you send us your public/employers liability insurance and Gas Safe certification (if applicable) as i have noticed some of these we have on record are now out of date.

Glad you enjoyed the food, i think everywhere is a bit crazy with everything going on. 😀
Been out in Edinburgh a few times during the Fringe and it is always manic but definitely worth experiencing it and you can’t beat the atmosphere. Glad you both had a great weekend. 😉

Re: Invoicing & job sheets
Hi Guys,
We are yet again receiving quite a few job sheets back without the serial number on them, the insurance company will not pay out with this information missing. Can you please make sure you put it on the job sheet if it is not already on there, so it doesn’t delay payment any longer than necessary. If you have trouble locating the serial number on any of the appliances then let us know and we can help. 😉

All invoices have been sent out today, can you please make sure they are paid by the 26th July at the latest.
