Thanks Dave,
Have just removed back plate on oven to reveal fan element and is defiantly broken. It looks like it has burnt out in a couple of places with bits stuck to the top!
Once again, many thanks for your help am now going to order a replacement element.

Many thanks Dave,
You have been really helpful with your advice. I think I will order a replacement fan element and go from there.
The PNC number is: 944171208

Thanks Dave,
That’s been really helpful. Tried conventional oven and top element and under floor element is heating up, tried fan oven and fan works but no heat so assuming the fan element has failed.
Just one query, why after it tripped the house fuse and I re set it did the bottom oven Led not light up (but top oven did) then after around an hour when I re tried it it worked perfectly until today ?Many thanks for your advice.

Thanks Dave,
I will take element out and check for continuity. If I remember rightly I changed the element a couple of years back, the grill element went followed by the oven element.
Would I be right in thinking there will be an element around the fan as well as the roof of the oven ?It’s the roof of oven element that’s not working btw.

I wondered about the element but wondered why after it tripped the main fuse and bottom oven stopped working for an hour, then decided to work again and cooked a dish of pasta only to not heat up at all today ?
