ParticipantJust to follow up on the problem, I changed the heater pump, and now there is full flow again which is good. However now the water is not heating. I have wired it up correctly, there were some changes needed to the wiring due to the pump being an updated model.

ParticipantIt’s half open when you look down into valve and you can move it about quite easily

Participantit’s difficult to know if the distributor is working, but I dont think so. The pump is definatly operating. But just almost no pressure getting through to the spray arms. I think the distributor assembly or valve motor has failed..

ParticipantOk so this evening I removed the circulating pump and it’s clean, nothing blocked in the pipes or in the pump itself. Pump is obviously rotating somewhat because there is a trickle of water but either not properly spinning or there is something stopping the water getting through. There is some kind of valve which rotates a plastic disc allowing water through up into the spray arms but I’m not sure how this operates or should work. I think there is a solenoid..?
anyone able to help me out, missus going potty I either fix it or have to buy a new machine…. before Christmas -
