Thanks again Penguin45, I was considering a Beko DW450 model that I had seen but from what you say that would be a bad idea?

Maybe if Don is checking the forum he could give me some help on those model numbers etc?

Do you think it would be better/cheaper to just have a free standing dishwasher to replace the integrated one?

The Smeg came with a fitted kitchen & first one we have had so I had no idea about their bad points etc.

In your opinion do you think its’s worth (cost effective) repairing or would you go for a new dishwasher? – If the latter, any suggestions on make/model for a integrated slimline one?
