Thank you Kwatt for prompt and helpful reply. I can only conveniently site in conservatory together with a washing machine so will go with ‘vented’. However, in view of your comments will ensure conservatory is vented in summer and small radiator installed for deep winter use to try to keep temperatures within the parameters you gave to provide best environment for machines.
