If a memeber of the public finds us and walks in they Will get charged Wolseley RETAIL PRICES if they do not have an account. This is the wolseley system kicking in. We do not want to deal with joe public. You guys know it is to hard!!! Go into one and see how they work, there is swearing and intimadating for a memeber of the public. I was in Luton branch all of last week and I saw 2 members of the public the whole time.

Just to clear up. We (Partscenter) are NEVER going to advertise on tele or in the press or even yellow pages!! We are a trade to trade business. We havent even started stocking spares in the branches yet and it will be area specific to our accounts. And we will put in parts requested by our customers
