    There is no minimum order through branches, yes one item can be ordered. the only thing is the guys on the counter will have no knowledge of our spares. And Keith we did not expect the special offers to appear like that on the web. we are looking into how to sort it.

    I have made the call this morning to make management aware of the concerns that our customers have about the special offer prices. We are aware of how peolpe feel and we are trying to right the wrongs and make it better for you all. This is the reason I signed up to this website, so that I can feed the information back to management and hopefully make us a better and stronger supplier. We all know how we have managed to upset the magority of you our customers, (You should be at one of our meetings and see how heated they get, with all the reps saying pretty much the same thing) I would love to tell you all everything that we are up to behind the scenes, but I dont want to tell you all that it is happening only for there to be a delay. We said we were getting the supersavers back, and we ahve we have said the new catalogue will be out by THIS Christmas and it will, and as of when I know changes are happening or happened I will shoput it from the rooftops ( or on this website anyway). I have a lot of my own accounts on this site and ask them if I have been busy sorting their issues out, and in most cases have done all of them. We still have a long way to go, but I can assure you we are still working on it to make it better. And as for selling to the public I am lead to beleive that most of you are aware that my major competition have a PUBLIC website and yet you are happy about this!!!? As they are set up for the public and aim at the public!! I am always glad to hear feed back good or bad, and yes I DO LISTEN, and where I can act upon it. I wil do my best to answer your questions or help if I can. And besides if the senoir management say NO I will take one of my rifles from Cadets and aim……………BANG…! I will still be standing!!

    Gentlemen,

    Including you Paul, how many times must I keep saying , we do not advertise to the public, you will only find us on google if you spell it right er not re and the only people to get these supoer savers are you the trade accounts from washvac not plumbers not the partscentres branches so if anyone finds out then YOU will habve to have told them. No the branches ARE NOT carrying stock because we are trying our hardest not to upset YOU our trade customers. To help if YOU want we will put lines into the branches that YOU want if you speak to your rep, otherwise there is no plans as of yet to when branches will be stocking parts. As for selling us off, there is no such thing now as Washvac, it is Partscenter so they cannot sell it off. I told you all about a meeting I had at the end of October and lots of improvements were noted, but being a large company (£12 BILLION in sales last year) it takes a little time to change. And before one of you say, yes I now this has been going on for a while, but I promise you now, and there are a fgew of you out there that know me I do not feed you rubbish, but behind the scenes people are working flat out to give it back to YOU our customers. The new catalogue will be ready for December. I would not stay with a company that feed the customers tat (ask my last company I left!!). The new year should see a good return to a better company for YOU all to use.

    I am happy to help. This week I am on holiday, but yesterday I atteneded a meeting like I said with the right peolpe. Unfortuantley at this time I will not say wha twas said until I speak to my collegues(I am sure that you will all understand why so they hear it from me first not from our customers). Yes we have had frustrations and hence the reason I sent an e-mail to some very important people in the Wolseley world. That is why they called the meeting. I gave up time with my kids on half term so Yes it is serious, I will add that another SENIOR person at the meeting was also in the same position, so yes Wolseley are listening! Some changes that are needed will change, but as we all know this cannot happen over night!! As for the plc ditching Partscenter it will never happen, as HRPC are part of Partscenter and their sales at present are covering our downfalls. The potencal of the white goods spares has been seen by Wolseley. As we are going through the changes it has been hard for all you the customers the staff in Sittingbourne (you will all be surprised how many customers are taking it out on them, they are there to help our customers and they are not changing things. I will always want my accounts to ring me and have a go at me NOT THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE and sound off.). I have come on this website to listen to peoples opionoins, (as if my accounts havent said) to also tell you direct from the horses mouth. Some of the rumours I have heard are quite interesting!! I know where some have started.(Competitors), I will never try to belittle my competion, as I think this is a sign of weakness, and that you are scared or not good enough to take them on head on. As a last point we are now inside the Wolsley world, and lets remember last year their total trading was just under £12 BILLION. The power and tools we have WILL be awesome. It will just take a little time.

    We do care Wilf, and I was in a meeting to day over our website, I cant say to much yet but watch this space over the next few weeks. The peolple that were in the meeting are people who can change things and trust me (Iam a salesman!!!!) they were informed of our customers (you guys) concerns.

    Gentlemen, as Partscenter we have just started selling workwear, and we can put a bespoke logo on for you if you want. Send me a message if you want it set up and of course I will be happy to give you top terms, as I am not selling that many spaes at the moment!!!

    The new software is not free!!!! It is going to be around £30 per month . If you dont believe me ask our customers (washvac) about the e-mails and letters they have recieved stating the costs.

    Gentlemen,

    I will ask for us to contact all the manufacturers and see if we (I use the term for Wolseley 😳 😆 )to see if we can organise using their discs on our website http://www.partscenter.co.uk , as all our customers have accounts, and if they dont they cannot access all the technical info.

    What happens about parts out of stock on the Parts Center site? Are parts out of stock gone and lost forever from an order or do you operate a ‘backorders system?’
    Yes we do, if you want this info you can ring the office and they will be happy to print them off and send you a copy. They cannot fax it as it doesnt come out very clear. I know this is not acceptable and this is one of many issues that I will be putting forward at the meetin on the 27th. I think it would be helpful to all of us!!
    Earlier answer about stocklink £35 a month. I expect us in the not to distant future to be speaking to the manufacturers about putting their identiffier on our web as only account holders can veiw it.
    Any other problems with the web let me know before next Wednesday 26th, so I can take this forward(not all at once as it would be to large even for my broadband!!!).

    I beleive this to be true they are dealing with eurorelm and I also beleive they are charging around £30 a month for the honour.

    As far as I and many of my collegues are concerned this meeting cant come soon enough. I am giving up my holiday time to try and sort something out(I am no hero, just want an easier life and HAPPY customers). Just a positive point though does everyone know that from now until the end of the year you can earn 2.5{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} cashback on ALL orders placed on the web. And before somebody says it Yes I know it is very hard to place an order trying to find things. Just trying to be helpful, add anything you find to your favourites(you can have up to 450!!!) and then searching in the future you just have to put a keyword in and search just your favbourites. If not ask your rep to put them on for you, we LOVE!!! standing there putting them on for you!!! 🙄

    Stay tuned for the outcomings or if any of you want help I will try to.

    Unfortunatly, stocklink has gone R.I.P. but I will try my hardest to get a site that is user freindly, and yes I have had problems with identiffier not working and I will ask at the meeting for you as to why this happens. I am glad to see that people still like us and want a return to the@good old days’ . i cant promise you anything but I am trying and fighting the corener, and anyone that knows me , will know that I will not give up until I get a fair answer or what I want!! Watch out big wigs!! PTM who is your rep, send me a private message as it would be unfair to name and shame him and I cover up as far as MK, so I will ask for you if you want!! Guys and Girls if you have problems let me know, I cant promise I can cure EVERYTHING but, I will have a go!!
