    what actualy governs the drum balance on this machine?

    🙁 well seems it was not that pcb control after all ,
    after placing machine back in place the fault returned!
    on observin the fast cycle i can see that its trying to balance it before going into full speed, but then slows down to balance again repeatedly.
    So looks like it will be the belt and balance as penguin said!

    fault was a dry joint on the motor control pcb
    at the 6k ceramic resistors, due to heat
    whizzing away like a good un now , save mesel £70 quid
