Participantdave hello again, I eventually managed to get the back panel off the machine and the top lid,
it looks very complicated in there but I’m willing to give it a go, just need some direction on what to unscrew looks like the dryer fan maybe ?.
Would greatly appreciate your assistance again and if possible diagrams they were very helpful, anyway I know it’s Sunday probably your day off but don’t worry whenever you get time thank you so much again in advance .Wishywashy62

sorry if I was a bit unclear I’m not used to being on forums I will try to be clearer in futureNovember 16, 2019 at 9:42 pm in reply to: Zanussi washer WJD1457W .. Help removing front panel #464662Wishywashy62
ParticipantThank you , I thought as much myself because the front part contains the spring hooks holding the drum.
somewhere another forum people were saying you can take off the front part but you must put the backpack back on as stability. I don’t think this is quite right , I tried turning it on its back but it has a floor panel which makes access not so easy, thank you .any idea how to remove the big plastic ducting directly under the fan and along the sides to unclog and wash this part??

on that model the rear case comes off as a wrap. it splits in the centre of the case at the sides. only undo the screws for the rear half. once off access is great
