    Had a look last night (11pm!). It does look like the seal is causing the problem. Its lost all is shape and elasticity. Can’t see why it comes as the door assy though. Put it back on in the correct place hasn’t leaked yet but don’t hold out much hope. Can’t beleive what a stupid design it it. Surely after 1000’s rubber is going to warp.

    I went into a local parts dealer at lunch time, they have just called to tell me its part of the door assy. Replacement is £60! so stumped really.
    Bit stuck too to take a photo as its a case of can feel it but can’t see it.
    Not sure what to do now.
