Re: Hoover PE235 not working after bearing change

Got it working with the wires now on correctly.
Machine now fills and rotates but does not go through the wash cycle, lots of clicks but no movement from dial.
When first attempt the dial went round one complete revolution on its own at a constant speed very spooky

    Any ideas Martin.

If it worked OK before you stripped it down to replace the bearings then it has to be a wire off or wiring problem of some kind and NOT a component failure. But what exactly do you mean by “tried various connectors on all various way.” anyway. 🙁

Hi Martin. Thanks for your interest.

The door interlock switch wiring was the only bit that I was not sure if I connected up correctly so obviously when the machine failed to work I went straight to it and tried the 3 wires on different contacts.

All other wires are on and secure.
