What I meant is that is that when people seeking advice say ‘my washing machine is not heating’, they never mention ‘I have checked it by running a 60/90/95’C programme and the washing machine was still cold’. That inevitably always leads to someone mentioning that it washing always comes out cold, instead of asking if they tried to run a hot washing programme. I found it in about 7 threads on multiple forums and it then frustrates the people looking for advice.
Before this AEG, I had Beko and that one sometimes ended up with warm washing, and also required to wait for few minutes until it cooled down to safe temperature, but it was still warm to touch.
