Whilst I do not work for GB Dar and currently have no conections with them, I only have praise for them it putting together a very concise reply. If all work providers and manufacturers took the same interest we may be able to become more harmonised.

What we need is the work provider and the agents to work together towards a common goal. Neither of us can survive without achieving the high levels of service demanded in todays indusrty. However, to attain this both parties need to be able achieve a realistic profit level, to invest in themselves and the industry which at the present time is severely lacking.
There is a place for both parties within the industry, but the reltionships need to be managed and then we can grow together

    On the lighter side:

Daughter walks in to the kitchen, about seven years old. I m laid on my back on the floor, mending the dishwasher.

The mother, an absolute stunner, is stood at the sink washing up .

Mother says to daughter go and get dressed properly. I look up slighlty and daughter is wearing a jumper and nothing else.

Daughter replies” Im only dressed like you mummy”

I suppose the job has some perks!!!!!!

    Spot on,

As Ted says not only interest rates, Fuel prices have gone up again, road tolls or congestion charges are going hit in some areas. Not only is this going to hit our bottom line but the retailers as well.

The only way we can give the service is to get paid a reasonable price for the job we do . But, at the beginning of the chain the consumer has to pay a reasonable price for a product so that this can finance the service they expect.

A washing machine costs £169.00 a sack barrow costs £250.00 need I say more
