Hi, Found the ENR number :- SGS55C02GB/01, hope this helps a bit more.

Can you tell me where the jug impellor and inlet control valve are and how to get to them?

I can see what looks like a small white inline pump on the inlet water supply. This is connected inside by a blue pipe between the rear of the machine and the matrix? I can also see a ctrl valve on the exit of the waste water out. But as water is coming in and waste is going out, I presume these two items are working ok and are not either the jug impeller or the inlet control valve as you mentioned…

Any help would be most appreciated..
