I did what was said and defrosted it for Luke 10hra and didn’t work but when I did it for the full 36hrs it is now working, your a life saver mate even tho you probs won’t see the post, am very great full

Hi, I have the same problem. Freezer works fine and the fridge is cold but not as cold as it should be. Is defrosting the fridge a necessary step as I would lose the food ok the freezer as well as the fridge? Or can it be done without defrosting? Thanks
