Those who spend hours tidying the house may be able to get their hands on a gold-plated vacuum in a competition to find Britain’s best cleaner.
The Miele Cleaner of Excellence 2007 is a search to single out the individual who does that little bit extra to keep their home spick and span.
And while the winner is set to enjoy £1,000 worth of Miele products, 11 regional champions will be awarded with a limited edition gold-plated vacuum cleaner.
In addition, the first 100 entrants can make their home sparkle with a free microfibre E-cloth, the official competition website states.
“Miele’s Cleaner of Excellence Awards are an exciting opportunity for hardworking domestic cleaners ““ the challenges that many overcome, the ideas they have and often their determination to go the extra mile,” said Steve Wright, chairman of the British Cleaning Council.
The gold-plated vacuum has a number of nifty features, including silent sound insulation, a “super air-clean filter” and an automatic cable rewinder
