Following the recent launch of its new home laundry products, Hoover is pleased to announce upgrades to the large capacity Family Mega Load range and its 5kg UltraCare range of auto-washers. The improved Family Mega Load range and the new UltraCare Large Load range now have increased wash capacities.
The Hoover Family Mega Load range of auto-washers is now a real heavyweight in home laundry, accommodating a huge 7kg. The Family Mega Load is the result of extensive consumer research by Hoover, which revealed that a typical family will be using their machine, on average, ten times a week. This will give superb savings in terms of time, effort, electricity and water.
Hoover recognises that not all wash loads will be extra-large, so while the machine’s overall capacity has been increased, the Family Mega Load still performs well with smaller loads: it has a special Mini Wash button for those occasions where only a few clothes need washing. There is also a Time Saver button for last minute items which need to be washed quickly, making this product the perfect choice for any size household.
The Family range features three models: 1300rpm offering Double “˜AA’ performance (HF7 130M), and 1500rpm (HF7 150M) and 1600rpm (HF7 160E) both offering Triple “˜AAA’ performance.
The new Hoover UltraCare Large Load range has also been improved by increasing its load capacity from 5kg to 6kg. The UltraCare concept is again the result of consumer feedback, which highlights the importance of “caring” for wash loads that are often more expensive than the machines used to launder it! In line with this, one of the key attributes of the range is the new Caresse cycle, which gives a dedicated rinse and spin treatment for mixed and delicate fabrics plus cottons. The top model in the Ultra Care Large Load range (HC6 160E) features an easy-view Time Countdown Display allowing for better time management, plus a Sportswear cycle providing an intensive 30?C low temperature wash programme specifically designed by Hoover to remove typical “˜sporting’ grime such as mud, blood, sweat and grass stains.
Hoover has five UltraCare Large Load auto-washers in the new line up, with spin speeds ranging from 1200rpm spin to 1600rpm. Every model has either a minimum Double “˜AA’ rating for wash performance and energy efficiency or the top-level and unbeatable Triple “˜ AAA’ standard, making Hoover UltraCare Large Load hard to beat.
To complement the launch of the Family MegaLoad and UltraCare Large Load range, Hoover has also introduced five new tumble dryers, available in either vented or condenser specification.
