Indesit Launches Aqualtis in Marrakech

Indesit Company has big plans for its new Aqualtis washing machine, launched in Marrakech, Morocco. The company says the washing machine uses innovative, new-generation technology – incorporating 10 years of continual R&D – into a single product.

Whirlpool earnings up almost 13%

Whirlpool Corp. said third-quarter earnings increased nearly 13% to $114 million, or $1.66 a share, compared with $101 million, or $1.50 a share, in the same period a year ago, despite rising material and petroleum costs that hurt results.
