We have put two new databases online for trade reference, one for spares and one for finished appliance supplies.

As was agreed at the recent meeting in Sibson an account has been setup for UK Whitegoods to retain funding in. Obviously funds are needed for meeting rooms and the likes and we do have other ideas on various uses to help the trade and to help ourselves.

As you will be aware by now the second UKW meeting was held over Friday and Saturday the 27th and 28th of February and went very well indeed.

Well that time of year has rolled around again where some of us have to pretend to be Santa and it’s when we all have to put up with our families whether we like it or not. But for what it’s worth, Merry Christmas everybody from all here at UK Whitegoods.

You will note that there is a new forum that has been added this morning in the public forums. This forum is for companies within the industry that wish to advertise for staff.

I’m sure by now you’ll all have noticed the site has had a major facelift this week and there’s been many changes made to the site.

UKW is back up and running, many thanks goes to Trevor from Laser for the considerable effort in getting the forums back up.

Today we reached the 200 member milestone! Not at all bad in four months really, and generally over 1000 page views per day is the norm these days.

Today UK Whitegood’s new domain names will be live securing the domain name around the world.
