Baumatic service engineers taking 2 weeks plus to call out to cust in lots of areas. Engineers leaving company and agents poor service cust product faith poor due to service and response times.
UKW Admin: The above was posted anonymously this afternoon on the site but would appear to fit with recent advertising by Baumatic seeking service engineers over the past few months.
The person that posted the news has stated that they have first hand knowledge of the situation, presumably through being an employee of Baumatic however we cannot (at this time) verify the story as Baumatic do not seem to have a press contact
Baumatic seem to only use agents only in remote areas and not generally in areas of population, although that may have changed if staff cannot be found.
