Since entering into the service sector in 2002, Connect have rapidly grown into the largest independent “˜white-goods’ work provider to the independent trade within the UK, gaining warranty contracts for several major manufactures including LG, Kenwood, Elba, DeLonghi, Brandt, Dedietrich, Fagor and also major contracts with insurance companies.
They believe that this change will better reflect the true nature of their service business and also identify more fully with their aims and objectives relating to the “˜repair’ of the product and “˜care’ of their clients, customers and Service Providers.
