User Fails Refrigeration

Service engineers when on the road, crawling about under machines and fixing them see some sights.

Some are funny. Some are scary. Some send shivers down your spine. Some are repulsive.

Here we want to demonstrate the kinds of things that these unsung heroes have to put up with on fridges, freezer, fridge freezers and so on and while many of these may be more extreme in nature and have some humorous commentary attached, are the sorts of things the guys in the field see all the time…

My Samsung fridge freezer is noisy…

Perhaps, just maybe it’s something to do with the iceberg you’ve got growing in there that’s stopping you put the drawers in…

No the drain hole isn’t blocked but the fridge still has water in it…

Yes of course you cleaned it sir, but you’re getting a bill for us cleaning it again.

It blows the fuses so it has to be covered warranty…

I replaced the heating element but it still doesn’t work…

Sadly, you have to know how to replace the element and connect it or it won’t work! 

It’s dead and I’m returning it…

We will admit this isn’t so much a fail as just plain funny. Some guy with a dead fridge freezer, who happens to be a funeral director, returned his duff fridge freezer to Argos in a hearse… brilliant!

The freezer door won’t open…

Seriously, a service call was placed for this wit that exact fault description.
