It became apparent during the morning of the 2nd October that a registered user with access to the trade forums had abused their privilige and allowed a non registered company to use this site with their password.
The sad part is the company involved are in the white goods industry, and had we been asked, they would have been given access to the site and the trade forums.
This website is a resource for all those involved in white goods servicing, no matter what part they may play in it, but abuse of either allowing others to use your password or signing up using false details will not be tolerated. Needless to say, the registered user has had his/her access blocked and the non registered user will never be allowed access.
These measures are there for those honest members security, so, please do not allow anyone access to your password.
