The outdoor electric smoker oven is a versatile new product from Viking that can smoke, roast or bake a variety of foods with ease. The 30″W. electric smoker oven features a dedicated smoker element, louvered sidewalls for balanced oven heat and an exclusive plenum system that mixes heat, water vapor and smoke for a perfect, slow smoking environment for both cold and hot smoking as well as standard baking. It provides convenient features such as a drip tray for spillovers and large-capacity water pan for smoking. The electric smoker oven is certified for outdoor use and provides a 120-volt thermal convection oven with the commercial-type construction and styling for which Viking is known. It is now available.
The Viking outdoor undercounter/freestanding 15″W. ice machine is agency certified for outdoor use, incorporating insulated electrical terminals, sealed electrical contacts and a water resistant thermostat. It produces 35 pounds of 3/4″ clear ice per day. The outdoor ice machine is available with a solid door in stainless steel, Viking blue, forest green and graphite gray. Brass trim option is available with all finishes. The Viking outdoor ice machine is now available.
