A recently developed washing machine from Indesit has become the recipient of a design award, it emerged today.
The Janus de l’Industrie from the Institut Francais du Design is aimed to award companies for their “outstanding creative results” in industrial design and development, according to the manufacturer.
It was given to the Indesit Moon, which was launched in July and has just four buttons to reduce hassle for busy families who need top-quality cleaning but with extra convenience.
The detergent is placed in a dispenser located on the back of the drum door, which is kept is kept clean by a constant flow of water around it, avoiding the build-up that often plagues traditional washers.
An easy-iron function and four easy-to-use settings mean laundry can be made that bit easier.
