The Board of Directors of Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR), at a meeting held today, declared a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per share on the common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable December 15, 2004, to holders of common stock of record at the close of business on November 18, 2004.
